Under the Weather? Call the Caring Cooks!

December 20, 2025 – Winter has arrived! And with it comes the cold and flu season. If you are feeling under the weather and could use a nice hot meal or some tasty soup to warm you inside and out during recovery, remember to call Caring Cooks of Assumption!

Caring Cooks of Assumption provide short-term meal assistance to individuals and families of our parish during times of illness,
post-surgery, birth of a baby or bereavement. Meals (lunch or dinner) are prepared and delivered to your home by our gracious cooks while you recover. (Dietary restrictions are considered.)

If you or someone you know at Assumption Parish are in need of meals or are anticipating surgery and wish to schedule meals for your home recovery period, please contact the parish office to get connected with one of our coordinators.
