Eucharistic Ministers & Sacristans

Members of the faithful are invited to assist with the Mass in a special way as Eucharistic Ministers and Sacristans.

Eucharistic Ministers come forward at Holy Communion to help distribute the Body and Blood of Christ.

Sacristans are entrusted with the care of liturgical books, vestments, cruets, chalices, ciboria, linens, oils, processional crosses, candles, and other items for celebrating Mass.

Training is provided.
