Help feed neighbors in need by working in St. Isidore Community Garden!

Our parish garden is named after St. Isidore, a Spanish laborer of the 11th century. He is honored as the patron saint of farmers and rural communities. According to legend, Isidore would pray as he walked behind the plow, and angels worked alongside him as he labored in the fields.

You can be an angel for neighbors in need by cultivating our community garden! All produce is donated to local nonprofits to be given to the community. No gardening experience required! If you can pull a weed, pick a bean, or otherwise be a pair of helping hands for your neighbor, please join our garden group.

We work in the garden on Tuesdays and Saturdays at 9:00 am. Help on any day (or days) is appreciated. All ages are welcome! The parish garden is located on the north side of the church at the edge of the parking lot (look for the fenced-in area).

Please contact the parish office for more information.
