Enter more deeply into prayer this Lent through the Stations of the Cross, offered Fridays at 3:30 pm. Each week, we will use a different theme or devotional to guide us in prayer, reflection, and song.

This week, March 7, we will be praying the Stations of Mercy with Pope Francis. This format uses the traditional 14 Stations of the Cross and draws its reflections from Scripture and the writing and speeches of Pope Francis. It reminds us that “The Name of God is Mercy” that shines forth from Jesus’ sacrifice of himself through his Passion and Cross.

The following weeks will explore:

  • March 14: The Way of the Cross: Praying the Psalms with Jesus
  • March 21: Reflections on the Seven Last Words of Jesus
  • March 28: Mary’s Way of the Cross
  • April 4: Visual Way of the Cross
  • April 11: Scriptural Way of the Cross according to Pope St. John Paul II

We look forward to sharing this special time of prayer with you!
