Meet Anna:
I’m an Aquinas College grad, and my official role at Assumption is “Evangelization Liaison.” This isn’t a common job title, so people often ask me what exactly it means. To put it simply, I help our parish invite others into an encounter with Christ. Since I am a young adult with a background in communication, you’ll often find me designing flyers, uploading events to community calendars, snapping photos around church, or writing (and re-writing…and re-re-writing) social media captions in an effort to communicate the beauty and vibrance of our faith community.
Favorite Saint:
There are many! St. Therese of Liseux (my Confirmation saint) is one, and St. Carlo Acutis, modern-day digital evangelist, is another.
Favorite Quote:
“Whatever you are, be a good one.”
Fun Fact:
I was the last baby to be baptized in Assumption’s previous worship space (now Holy Grounds) back in 2000.
